The quick installation process involves the following steps: 1. Place 2 large rubber mats on the rack. 2. Install the rack on the seat post. 3. Adjust the position of the bike rack panel. 4. Install the W-shaped side bars. 5. Install the telescopic pole. 6. Adjust the telescopic pole. 7. Install the telescopic bar quick release mechanism. 8. Tighten all screws to secure the installation.
